I recently purchased a Lexmoto XDV 125cc and the service that I received was 10/10, The staff were extremely helpful and very easy to talk too, they didn't have it in stock at the time but they were more than happy to order one in and to my shock within 4 days I received a phone call to say that they had it there and it was ready for delivery. they delivered it locally free of charge as well and I must add the driver was very polite and helpful too. I can't recommend them enough, All round great experience.

I bought my first bike here and Abdul opened the shop for me on Christmas eve so I could ride over Christmas. Being a female rider it can be quite daunting going into these places alone but he was kind and knowledgeable. I love my bike and knoe where to come first my big bike. Plus zac on front of house is always friendly and gives a warm welcome. Great bike shop!

Bought a kurz rt1 50cc a little while ago and it’s been a great bike since I had it. Throttle cable did snap but that’s normal for a bike and cheap to fix. Good shop highly recommend
Did my research, then popped in to see the team at HI, Zach was super helpful and friendly, obviously very knowledgeable about bikes and accessories, made me feel at ease instantly, discussed bikes and options, then onto riding gear and pros and cons of the helmets, decided to buy a Zontes Z2 125, and collected it today (29/04/26), Zach took the time to talk me though the whole bike and which security items would actually work for me, gave solid practical advice on riding the first solo ride in 40 years! Made me feel I could turn up and he'd make time for me. Absolutely 5* review, it's hard to find this level of customer service. Massive thank you Zach, take a bow!!
